Vegan Ice-Cream
Ingredients
2 cups red grape juice
1 cup Melrose Organic Tahini (hulled or unhulled)
100gm Creamed Coconut
1 tbs Lecithin
2 tbs Carob Powder or 1 tsp Vanilla
Method
Place ingredients, except coconut and grape juice in blender. Melt coconut and grape juice over low heat. Add to blender and blend for 3 minutes. Freeze 3-4 hours. Serve
