Ingredients

1 cup Melrose Organic Olives
2 tsp capers
1 clove garlic
40g parmesan cheese (not pre-grated)
1 tsp Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 heaped tbsp Melrose Macadamia Nut Spread
Salt and pepper, to taste


Method

Place olives, capers, garlic and cheese in a food processor and pulse until chopped finely but not quite a paste. Remove mixture into a bowl, and stir in the vinegar, macadamia nut spread and seasoning. Taste and adjust, if necessary. This is wonderful with water crackers, spread on sandwiches or stirred into yoghurt or cream cheese as a dip.
