Tahini Balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup Melrose Organic Hulled Tahini
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut (plus extra for finishing)
1/2 cup Melrose Organic Golden Flaxmeal
1 cup dried Apricots
1/4 cup chopped Almonds
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and roll into small balls. Coat each ball in extra coconut. Refrigerate.
