Pear Juice and Rasberry sauce
Melrose Pear Juice concentrate and Rasberry Sauce
2 cup of water
1 Tbsp of corn flour
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Melrose Pear Juice Concentrate ( Or Melrose Organic Apple Juice Concentrate)
600gm fresh or frozen raspberries.
Method
Mix into paste water and corn flour.
Heat lemon juice, Melrose Pear Juice Concentrate and the raspberries.
When the berry mix begins to simmer stir in cornflour mixture.
Serve over cake or any other dessert
