Quick and easy Melrose Tahini Recipe - Hummus
1 cup chickpeas, thoroughly cooked
'1/4' cup Melrose Organic Tahini
'1/4' cup olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic
1 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Crush the garlic and mix with the salt, add these and all of the other ingredients (apart from the lemon juice and olive oil) into a blender. Blend and gradually add both of the lemon juice and olive oil. This is a delicious natural food.for a lighter hommus we recommend you use the hulled tahini, or if you like the darked stronger flavour of unhulled tahini you can substitue this into the recipe
serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks or crackers as a dip, or you can even use it spread on wraps with your favourite fillings - it makes a great accompaniment to many meals
