Glaze for Muffins and Festive Fruit Cake
1 Tbsp brandy, sherry or rum,
1 cup water,
1 teaspoon agar,
1 Tbsp Melrose Organic Apple Juice Concentrate.
Method
Combine all ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 2 mins. With a pastry brush spread the glaze evenly over the top of the cakes, muffins etc.
