Fresh Energy Slice
Ingredients
1/2 cup Four Leaf Bran
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup Four Leaf 100% Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Organic Mountain Raw Sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 cup Four Leaf Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Melrose Sesame Seeds
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon honey
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Melt butter and combine with honey, add to the dry mixture.
- Stir in lightly beaten eggs and combine thoroughly.
- Firmly press the mixture into a lightly greased 28cm x 18cm slice tin.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
