Fresh Energy Slice

Ingredients

1/2 cup Four Leaf Bran

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup Four Leaf 100% Whole Wheat Flour

1/4 cup Organic Mountain Raw Sugar

1/2 cup butter

2 eggs (lightly beaten)

1 cup Four Leaf Rolled Oats

1/4 cup Melrose Sesame Seeds

1 cup chopped pecans

1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Melt butter and combine with honey, add to the dry mixture.
  4. Stir in lightly beaten eggs and combine thoroughly.
  5. Firmly press the mixture into a lightly greased 28cm x 18cm slice tin.
  6. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool before slicing.
