Crumpets with hazelnut spread, ricotta, banana & honey

Ingredients
4 wholemeal crumpets
⅓ cup (90g)low fat ricotta
1 tablespoon Melrose Hazelnut Spread
1 large, thinly sliced banana
1 tablespoon honey
Method
1. Toast the crumpets until golden. Spread each crumpet with 1 teaspoon Melrose Hazelnut Spread and top with 1 tablespoon ricotta.
2. Top each with slices of banana and drizzle over 1 teaspoon honey.
Serve immediately.
