Cashew Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
3 cups frozen sliced bananas
pinch of salt
1/3 cup Organic Shady Farm Maple Syrup
Method
Put the frozen bananas in a food processor or blender to chop them up. Add the Melrose Cashew Spread, salt and maple syrup and pulse until smooth.
Store in the freezer.
Variation
You can also use any other Melrose Nut Spread for a unique flavour sensation. Macadamia works well too.
