Almond & Wasabi Dressing

Almond & Wasabi Dressing

Ingredients

100g blanched almonds

80ml (1/3 cup) Melrose Organic Olive Oil

1 tbs Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 tsp wasabi paste

Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Place almonds in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until light golden. Roughly chop and place in bowl.
  2. Add Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, garlic and wasabi and whisk until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
