Almond & Wasabi Dressing
Ingredients
100g blanched almonds
80ml (1/3 cup) Melrose Organic Olive Oil
1 tbs Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp wasabi paste
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Place almonds in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until light golden. Roughly chop and place in bowl.
- Add Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, garlic and wasabi and whisk until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
